Restrictors are designed to increase breathing resistance. My adjustable restrictors have an in-built safety feature. You cannot fully close off the air path, even if you accidentally knock it whilst using it in a self-bondage situation.

Never use an air restrictor that can be completely closed, especially if using it alone. Always think about safety when conducting breath play.
